The Manne Foundation Homeless Prevention Program was established to prevent homelessness by providing services and legal assistance to those facing impending eviction. In partnership with the Legal Aid Service of Broward County, the Foundation deploys a team approach to preventing individuals and families from losing their homes and becoming part of the growing number of those living on the streets.
Legal Aid Service of Broward County works in partnership with the Manne Foundation Homeless Prevention Program to prevent homelessness by providing free civil legal services to eligible parties who are referred or who come directly through the Legal Aid Service of Broward County. In addition to providing legal services, the Legal Aid Service of Broward County will seek the assistance of volunteers and law students to assist on cases enrolled in the Program. This protocol will provide individuals and families with the best possible opportunity to avoid losing their homes.
